They have a binder now!

Trump and his press secretary say they have a binder with a plan to defeat the Coronavirus pandemic! Just as Romney has a binder full of women? It is a BS ploy and their binder is blank!

He announced it with stacks of papers on a table behind him. The papers were just a little too perfectly aligned, as if they were never touched. After the press event, the press was not allowed to look at it. Some papers fell to the floor when the staff was picking them up. They were all blank.
