In Lackawanna County, PA, Biden leads Trump by +17 - Hillary won it by +3.5 in 2016.

This is a good sign Biden is outperforming Hillary in more working class areas like Scranton (Biden's hometown). Hillary won this county in 2016, but only by 3.5 points. Biden leads Trump by 17. It's still ten-points worse than Obama in 2012 but a huge improvement overall.

Lackawanna County has a population of 210,000.

I’ll admit I’m surprised Obama in 2012 did so much better than Joe’s numbers.
