That is a big gamble he is playing with our lives. Open things up, when a hot spot appears, deal with it. If there are too many hot spots that pop up at once, the virus will spin out of control.

It is already being reported, some hot spots in rural areas are overwhelming the only hospitals available.

quarantine/isolation enforcement capacity in almost every region in the country. Even in cases where state and local officials would have the will, they still don't have the way.
