Another Dumbass

?s=21
Around this time last month, Jupiter rideshare driver Brian Hitchens was a self-proclaimed COVID-19 skeptic.

“I thought it was maybe the government trying something, and it was kind of like they threw it out there to kinda distract us,” said Hitchens.

He made Facebook posts downplaying the seriousness and sticking to his faith, saying God is bigger than this virus will ever be.

“I'd get up in the morning and pray and trust in God for his protection, and I’d just leave it at that. There were all these masks and gloves. I thought it looks like a hysteria,” Hitchens explained.

You prayed to god to protect you against something that you said didn't exist.

Do you understand how those two thoughts conflict with one another?

I am not going anywhere and am thankful to have a home to be in and the wherewithal to keep it through this pandemic. What I mean is it didn't have to be this way, months and months of self quarantining because there's not enough data to tell us it's safe to go outside. Asymptomatic carriers don't know they have it since they're not tested. Many who get sick with it may never be tested for it and it's not clear to me whether these people are included in the reported numbers. It's still not clear whether having it confers immunity to it. All of this data that could have and should have been being gathered all along is just missing, because fucking donald trump is so deluded that he thinks less testing means less cases.

sorry, asswipe (not you, trump!), the one thing you cannot change is the presence of 85,000 dead bodies. Most of us do not want to join that number.

where they are located in Florida. My area has really heavy people, Jupiter is likely worse than my area.

When I looked at his picture and noticed his weight, I thought that he was lucky to survive so far.

The sad thing? Trump doesn't give a fuck about people like him, a rideshare driver. To Trump they don't exist, eventhough they perform valuable services. I have no idea why people like that vote for Republican's and support the ideology of that nuts party.

And seeing that photo makes me feel sorry for them. They don’t look very sophisticated or educated. I know lots of people like them. People whose family, education and environment never allowed them to reach their full potential

I know, I know. But what can I say. I’m a proud bleeding heart liberal. They are the very people who would benefit from Democratic policies.

But they are convinced god does not want that.

So sad.
