Evacuation orders issued for areas in and around the city of Midland, Michigan following the collapse of the Edenville Dam
Evacuations still underway in Midland and the area as the Sanford dam comes closer to failure. Some reports indicate that the Smallwood dam may have also just failed.

It failed a few minutes ago. A 3rd dam north of the 2 that failed looks like its going to fail as well.

(1,923 posts)8. 2 more dams are in danger
Secord Dam is about to fail, if it does it will likely take out Smallwood dam. Both dams are upstream of the 2 collapsed dams. Downstream of all that is Dow Chemical.
