Though the official count is almost certainly an undercount, the president seems to think that a lot of people who appear to die from coronavirus are actually “killed by other unnatural means, such as falling down a flight of stairs.”

Apparently Trump would have us believe the 2020 stair-falling season has been unusually severe.
