People need to be honest about virus

Early indications are starting to make it clear that a return to "normal" is unrealistic until we have a vaccine or trusted therapeutic. Even with a vaccine, "normal" as we lived 6 months ago is gone forever.

Everywhere people are starting to congregate in numbers, cases are now climbing. Many are simply not following basic guidelines and some are making a point to openly defy them to make a political point.

The virus doesn't sleep. Go away in the hot weather. Go away in cold weather. In smaller rooms with poor circulation (read almost any mom and pop restaurant), it could hang in the air for a very long time.

Testing. Isolation. That is all we have right now.

To abandon these very real measures is only going to get people killed.
