Poll: 73% of adults say Trump should be suspended or banned from social media

Ali Velshi ✔@AliVelshi

73% of adults say Trump should be suspended or banned from social media for spreading conspiracy theories about coronavirus, per @MorningConsult. NBC’s @oneunderscore__ joins me 8aET to explain why rules against sharing false info online aren’t stopping the president. #velshi

Maybe he'd counter it by having that OANN hammersack follow him around for the few hours he's awake and not crapping/snorting/golfing, and demand that all major networks air this daily 'briefing' in its entirety.

they vote this way in an anonymous poll, but you will never get them to admit in discussion that they are embarrassed and disturbed by his tweets, even though they know they are.

is because they are afraid what he posts is hurting his chances for reelection. In other words, they want him to hide the fact that he's a nasty ass creature.

Too late, Republicans.

Better to just let him rant and then laugh at him.

fake or false news. Mexico has a federal law that says if public media publishes or broadcast fake or false news it will face criminal prosecution with a minimum of 5 years in Jail. One Mexican state, Puebla, the state legislature is considering a bill that will expand that law to individuals publishing on social media except the penalty would be increased to 12 years. Posting on Twitter, Face Book and other similar social media would be included. We would not have to depend on rules made by the social media platforms to not publish "fake or false information.

Always giving him a free pass under the false guise of "free speech". Never mind the fact that 50% of the shelter at home protests and "plandemic" conspiracies on Twitter are known to be fake bot accounts. Of course they will never clean their house in Twit land as long as the billings in revenue keep pouring in.
