(4,006 posts)...forget the dropping of the charges long before Election Day, it's blown up in his fat face! This will lead to multiple court appearances, motions for new evidence, delays by the judge or Ms. Wilkinson. In fact, for those who may not know, since she is brand new to the case, she can easily (and likely will) ask the judge for say a 3-4 month delay simply for her to get up to speed, a not unusual occurrence.
My, my has Barr totally underestimated this judge. Pass the popcorn!
