Will the cop who murdered George Floyd be charged with murder?

Or won't he?

And then if, IF he is charged, what chances do you give that he will be convicted?

There in lies your answer to the riots, anger, frustration.

It just goes on and on and on.

It

is

exhausting.

Hopefully he won't be president then. And he can't pardon state charges anyway. SoonerPride May 2020 #8

My guess is that he and the others will be charged with murder.

I doubt they will be able to get away with this modern-day lynching.

It's when the charges are dismissed that the whole thing rewinds once again. I am encouraged by the mayor of Minneapolis, but I will believe it when I see it. Really, really tragic. Beyond words.

He's a murderer. Plain and simple. Just like his president.

that the cop was applying a little extrajudicial punishment because Floyd probably flopped when try tried to get him into the police car. That alone is murder.

You know this is the "righteous" punishment that our President called for a couple of years ago. I wish our Democratic leadership would pick up that thread.

whom are representing the Four Cops. My guess is,they will work a plea deal with two getting a reprimand and reinstated down the road after the story dies. The Prep, who knows, depends on the Judge hearing the case, you just know the case will be moved to some Western County. As for Thoa,he might be the fall Guy.

Ellison will be the Guy driving this Bus.

The fact that he is not ALREADY facing murder charges speaks volumes about how racist that certain police force is. It definitely is coming from the top down there. Otherwise, he would be facing murder charges.

Pretty confident he’ll be charged and likely convicted of manslaughter. They’ll manage to wriggle out of a murder charge.

There were 3 cops holding him down. The other 2 are guilty of murder too, they knew what was happening and they held him down so it could happen.

If I hold someone down while my friend stabs them to death, I am guilty of murder too. That's exactly what happened here.
