Sure enough, another distraction.

I just checked several online news outlets, and, sure enough, the riots have taken over the headlines, pushing Covid-19 deaths "below the fold." Even that thing's sparring with Twitter is "above the fold."

Life as usual...

It's not a distraction, but it is distracting the MSM, and therefore us, from the continuing deaths from the virus. I'd be perfectly happy if the MSM just gave equal coverage to both.

Remember Ahmaud Arbery? You hear much about him lately? Yeah, me neither. That’s how it will be with Floyd in a couple of weeks. We lack the will and attention span as a people to grapple with complex problems for more than a minute or two.
