The Cops don't care anyway, the city ends up paying the multi million dollar settlements for their criminal behavior....

I know, here in Denver, the City and County has doled out tens of millions this past decade alone.......

And those settlements were just for the ones caught on camera. How many others were thrown out for "lack of proof" because witnesses weren't enough...........

The taxpayers pick up the tab, the cops might, or might not, be fired, and no criminal charges or punishments are ever imposed against the bad cops.....

In my book, that was a kick and will likely leave a bruise. It would come well under what is required to charge someone with assault.

maybe even mess up her back from whiplash. And where she landed did not seem much concern to him.

But a "kick" would have involved more toe and "more knee, less quad," for lack of a better way of putting it. It would have looked more soccer-style, since sports were brought up, and the injuries, with the same level of force and same angles, would have been devastating- more of a torso cave-in. I don't think this officer, with all due respect to the facts, had intent in that EXACTLY that direction. Though he was well beyond careless and clearly acting out of anger toward a woman who should not at all have bothered him.
