But I think he knows he'd be called a "quitter" and a "loser" if he announced it (even though he'd probably say it's for "health" reasons), so I suspect he'll be hanging on and try to fuck this country up even more before he's gone in January.

And if he surprises me and announces his resignation in the near future, it probably would be on the assurance that Pence will pardon him. Then we'll probably be looking at a Pence-Romney ticket in November.
