That's right. While all the REAL news outlets are reporting that Trump pushed to re-admit Russia into the G8 AFTER learning that Putin had put a bounty on American troops in Afghanistan, what do you think the FRONT PAGE STORY is on the Faux News website? That's right. A 'culture wars' story about Democrats in Orange County California voting to re-name John Wayne Airport. Fuck those propaganda-spewing lickspittle shitheads.
Did Faux even report this story? Yes, the story is on their website, but you have to search for it under "Russia." It's already in the archives. And their 'version' of the story never mentions Trump being briefed about it.
Fox News is not only the GOP propaganda machine, it's now officially the Russian, KGB propaganda website. Putin may as well lay off all the propagandists at RTV, since they're not nearly as loyal as Fox.
UPDATE: Okay, the damn just broke. Fox was forced to put it on the front page (BELOW the John Wayne story, and only 1/4 the size.)
This is how Faux dealt with the 'Trump was briefed' angle.
"The Times reported that President Trump and the White House's National Security Council were briefed on Russia's bounty rewards in late March. They discussed an appropriate response, ranging from making a diplomatic complaint to Moscow and economic sanctions, but the White House had not yet authorized a response."
As if he's still trying to make up his mind.
And the White House propaganda shop's official line is that he wasn't briefed.
" Kayleigh McEnany, White House press secretary, said in a statement. "This does not speak to the merit of the alleged intelligence but to the inaccuracy of the New York Times story erroneously suggesting that President Trump was briefed on this matter.”
