Some good news. The lost red panda at the Columbus

Zoo is back home!

Yea.

She disappeared. Two visitors saw her in thick underbrush and the zoo staff got her back home. She has 2 babies that needed her.

but they never go very far.

The zoo people were really worried so I am glad they found her and she is safe.

Odd that she would leave them like that. Makes me wonder whether she was too young or whether in the wild she would receive help from others in the group (a troop?) to raise her young.
