1. My County Looks To Be In The 90s

I can accept that.
Here in the fringes I'm seeing that in stores. And maybe 75-80% overall. (Counting everything indoors, where I've been.)
The more densely populated portions of the county are likely higher. There's 700k in the county, and there's only 15-20k down here in the southern end.

2. My county seems to be 90 percent. Not surprised.

We as a whole have improved mask wearing greatly in my county in Florida. I sorta can understand Wyoming being reddish. They hardly had anything with the virus.
