I may be wrong, but I think the world is changing very quickly. And I also think the generations who are now coming of age, and those a bit older than them, will bring us more equality, justice and just plain decency that many of us have longed for.

Republicans/Conservatives have a lot to answer for. And what will be their answers when their children are old enough to "get it," and ask "What did you do when Trump was president, Daddy?"

Some will deny any involvement, some will say they weren't political, some will say they did what they could, some will say that no one can understand what it was like, some will say they didn't have anything to do with it, some will say ..., hell, add your own answers.

And now, compare all of those answers to those of the Germans who survived WWII.
