Does it identify the person and each of their votes?

I don't think that it identifies the person, just how they voted. My understanding is that every voting machine in Florida is already capable of capturing digital images of the paper ballot inserted by voters, but the settings make the capture optional.

...i dont think you can do that at the polls.

CVS prints out a three mile long receipt with coupons, your i.d. code and how much you saved every time you buy a pack of gum.
What's so hard about a hard copy ballot? You know, like an ATM receipt or sumpin?
