If EVER this place needed spraying, today seems particularly infested.

Nothing has changed since the Elad became the owner, it's just troll season.

I don't even know how many terms I have under my belt now, I've completely lost count over the years. I've taken a couple of available terms off recently due to life, but I like it, too. It's nice to give back to the community here.

(31,261 posts)If someone is making a reasonable point and you disagree with it, then I would say that maybe you should re-evaluate your definition of what a troll is. At any rate, the Alert and Jury system sorts things out adequately, IMO.

(19,569 posts)I'll never forget it. A deeply dark day and no solace from my friends and peers here. I cannot accept that outcome again, and I'm doing all in my limited power to avoid it.
I'm active here in Texas registering voters and calling for candidates like a fiend this time around! I'm terrified of another 2016 replay and am working my butt off (remotely - it's kind of weird) to make a difference. Normally, I'd also drive elderly people to the polls, but this cycle were just encouraging our elderly voters to vote by mail here and calling them to give them the tiny bit of human touch we can without endangering them.
I'm missing a registration drive this next weekend due to my granddaughter's 4th birthday (I cannot believe it's been 4 years!) celebration. We're the only ones in her pod other than her household, so it's not like I have a choice of not attending this year. Still, I feel guilty for not participating all things considered.

(298,055 posts)It was so bad... I was in extreme shock and panic attacked, too.
So much gratitude to you & your Texas Dems for All you're doing in Texas For America!
My granddaughter's 2nd birthday is tomorrow.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Your Granddaughter, Cats! !
