Tightening means the numbers are narrowing between the two candidates. What we want to see is "blow-out" in favor of Biden.

The latest poll in NC is an example. Currently Biden is only two points behind Chump, dead heat.

They had Biden ahead 45-44 in late June.

The current 49-47 Trump lead can perhaps be attributed to a shift from RV to LV, but it isn't a state that "used to favor Trump by wider margins". Biden led in virtually every NC poll in June and July (ending July with an RCP average lead of 5 points - the largest of the year).

I think Joe and we Dems have this! But of course we can never take anything for granted considering the cheating proclivity by Repukes.
