A reminder: It’s illegal to vote twice. But not to impeach twice.

1. Impeach Tr*mp now

My suggestion is for the House to impeach Tr*mp a second time, now, in early September.
Then delay walking the charges to the Senate until the point where Tr*ump's fascism reaches a peak (with his voting suppression chaos and state sanctioned violence against peaceful Americans).

At that point, perhaps enough Republican senators (20) would finally be ready to vote to convict and remove, joining the 47 Democratic members and independents.

The trial might occur in October. Another possibility is to wait until the days after the November 3 election. Tr*mp will be denying and challenging voting results in
a way a million times worse than the year 2000 election.

After November 3, some Republican senators may even be lame ducks, having lost their own campaigns, and they may be willing to vote their conscience. Am I being too naive?

a second time, some might grow a spline and vote yes to help their reelection chances.

15. I suspect you're absolutely right. Idiots don't realize that the penalties for attempting to ...

commit voter/election fraud comes w/ a hefty price, as history shows. Republicans have seem to have the bulk of prior voter/election fraud cases thus far (googled, although persons representing both sides of the political fence have done it).

10. Impeach him on January 3rd when new Congress is sworn in

And rush through it in a week, remove him and pence together.

The current rethugs will not vote to impeach him. If they lose or keep their seats, they took the loyalty pledge. When we gain a majority in the Senate we could push it through. That's one of my wishful thoughts.
