my dad commanded a LST on most of the great landings in both Italy and on D-Day. It just makes me sick to see that traitor denigrate all who have served their country

One commanding an LST also- lost his kneecap when a grenade was thrown into his boat in an island invasion, the other as a medic who treated both German and allied troops. Both never ever talked about their time in the service.
