Scathing letter to Barr from George Washington University Law School

More than 80% of the faculty of George Washington University Law School, the alma mater of Attorney General William Barr, issued a scathing six-page letter this week condemning his conduct. “His actions have posed, and continue to create, a clear and present danger to the even-handed administration of justice, to civil liberties, and to the constitutional order,” it says.

Since the letter was released on Tuesday morning, a total of 70 people have signed, including the interim dean, Christopher Alan Bracey, and 19 emeritus professors, deans, and legal professionals who work at the law school.

do not sanction him..disbar him...the American Bar Association has revoked the law licenses of incompetent, "lawless" lawyers forever...deny the fat bastard the right to practice law..scathing letters are all well and good but a public humiliation is better...and do it now...and void his law school degree..it's obviously Barr slept thru corruption, collusion, perjury, and constitutional law classes...

It'll go the way of all the letters from military higher ups and prominent psychiatrists/psychologists regarding how dangerous Trump is.

It truly has come down to the election. It's the only way we're going to get rid of him and it'll take the people to do it - everyday citizens of this country who value democracy.

Funny, but not really so funny considering the gravity of the situation. I agree with you completely. Nothing will get through to these liars and cheats except serious punitive action. They simply don't care what people think of them as long as they are getting their way.

when it comes to the relationship between the executive branch and DOJ, we cannot run the country anymore off the idea that "decent persons will respect the independence of DOJ and have respect for the norms of conduct that history has provided"

We need concrete black and white laws put in place to make sure nothing like what has happened under drumpf ever happens again......

Letters expressing opprobrium for Barr’s conduct are all well and good, but all the signers of this letter and other letters condemning Barr might accomplish more by demanding that New York and DC disbar Barr. He needs to be disgraced in the eyes of the public and removed from office. The US Attorney General is required to have a license to practice law. No license, no job. Barr needs to be gone soon to prevent him from helping Trump steal the election.

Does anyone have any ideas about how we ordinary citizens can help this cause?

Barr’s old law firm represented Alpha Bank. I see this as key to understanding Barr. He looks to me to be a man with a very bright post Trump future. His payoffs is not coming from the civilized society that believes in things like a letter from your old law school.

Barr campaigned for the job. Why would he want it? He was retired and had a decent reputation.
Epstein and Barr were roughly the same age when Epstein worked for Barr's father teaching teenagers math at the private school in NYC. Epstein was certainly abusing young girls at that time. My guess is that Barr was taking advantage of the situation as well. The gig was up for Epstein and Barr needed to get rid of him before he spilled all the beans. AS AG he controls the Fed prisons.
Barr made a surprise visit on a weekend to Epstein's accomplice in jail to fine out what she knows about him. Her lawyer would not let him talk to her.

His grade should be retroactively changed to an F, his degree rescinded because of that failing grade, and his law license revoked because he doesn't have a law degree.
