Fire all the cops and start over. Like the mayor of Rochester, NY, just did today.

After days of protests in Rochester over the killing of Daniel Prude, mayor Lovely Warren just announced that the entire Rochester police department command staff, including the chief of police, is resigning.

The whole tree needs to be removed, roots and all and a new tree planted.

Also, police academies need to change the curriculum to include diversity training and serious psychological evaluations of all applicants before admission.

“As a man of integrity, I will not sit idly by while outside entities attempt to destroy my character,” the police chief said in a statement. He later added: “The mischaracterization and the politicization of the actions that I took after being informed of Mr. Prude’s death is not based on facts, and is not what I stand for.” said Singletary.

"Mr. Singletary was promoted to chief last year after serving 19 years with the department. Just 38 years old at the time, he was among the youngest police chiefs in the city’s history."

Chief La'Ron Singletary is African American.

Police and fire have AMAZING pension plans. It’s a major reason they take the hazards of the job and can retire after 20-years with a fat pension and then double dip at another job and get even more money.

Probably won’t happen as article says they resigned vs. fired, but look into it.

Police unions are horribly corrupt and festooned with white supremacists. Here's how to take care of it:

Dissolve the police department. Everyone is "fired" but invited to reapply to the replacement police department which has no union contract. Those that don't want to reapply are most of the ones you don't want around anyway. Those that do reapply are properly vetted before hiring to weed out the freaks, mental cases, anyone with a history of complaints, nazis, steroid users, etc.

They’re all culpable.

They sure had nothing to say about it until the video came out.
