Too damn depressing. Birds nesting, adult numbers, variety, and locations are so adversely changed it is DEPRESSING for me.
Social Media has turned any sighting of a notable species into a nightmare with hundreds of birders popping up to see a lone bird.
Serene, if not sacred spots of marsh, prairie, deep woods or shoreline are now homes, fields and gone.
It is over as far as I can tell. It is all being lost.
