General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsDear Mr. Woodward, please release whatever else you have immediately.
Trump's incompetency, criminality, potential threats to national security are not the Intellectual Property rights of you and your publisher. They are facts that the American people need to know heading into a presidential election.
You are sitting on the lives, health, and safety of the American people, not The Winds of Winter.
Thank you.

(11,631 posts)I'd prefer a bombshell a week for the next 7 weeks. Just keep dunking that orange fucker every time he tries to come up for air...

(9,481 posts)If all the dirty laundry gets dumped out all at once this far from election day, it will have left the national consciousness by mid-Oct. Better to let each outrage sink in a little.

(1,351 posts)Youre being generous. I was going to say 48 hours.
Besides our short attention span, if we get hit with all the bombshells at once it will be information overload and people will simply tune out for self-preservation. Too much bad news all at once can be overwhelming.

(35,438 posts)We need to know what else he has in order to protect the nation and the electoral process. I don't want to know a week before the election that Trump and Putin have worked out a plan to steal the election.

(11,631 posts)The pussy grabbing tape was old news in 2 weeks. Slow release dominates the news cycle.

(4,845 posts)The problem in 2016 was that nothing followed the "access Hollywood" tape and there was room for Trump and the GOP to cook up the "but her email" story. We need to keep the fire on Trump for the next 60 days.

(1,089 posts)at this point, I honestly don't think there is ANYTHING that could come out that would actually prompt Dump's enablers in the Senate to do something. I think they're as bought-and-paid-for as Dump. Therefore, despite how it goes against all logic (and that's been the story of the country for 4 years now), I'd rather it be a drip-drip-drip until the votes are in.
You have to keep hammering away at this guy relentlessly, constantly making him and his sycophants twist and lie and run from microphones.
It's a sad reality, but I think that's the best thing right now.

(1,235 posts)stops pounding away at Trump for doing nothing as almost 200,000 people died. They already got bored with the suckers and losers story.
The only thing that has sustained is COVID-19 but that got a short break after George Floyd was murdered and the protests that followed

Voters will have all that they need to know, straight from Trumps mouth.
