Has anyone seen the documentary "Unfit"?

I’m planning to watch it today. It’s likely nothing new because I know a WHOLE lot of shrinks, and know people who know Lance Dodes and John Gardner. They’ve had an interesting few years because the Goldwater Rule, not diagnosing people en absentia, is taken very seriously. Psychiatry has a scary history of abusing people who are troublesome. But don’t think psychiatrists, psychologists, analysts, therapists, haven’t been aware from Day One that 45 is a dangerous man. Psychology is complex, and there are co-morbidities at play. Malignant Narcissism plus cognitive decline is a terrible combination. Filters crumble. Tendencies concretize. Paranoia ramps up. People like to think 45 is stupid, but he’s not—or he wasn’t. He was always an entitled asshole and a narcissist to the core but he has declined terribly. And we need to be very aware where we’re headed if he gets to continue.

Very worthwhile. I especially enjoyed the interviews with Ruth Ben-Ghiat, the expert on authoritarianism and fascism. Now I want to read all her books!

I was sorry that Bandy X Lee wasn't in it, but other than that, a home run. The George Conway scenes were very moving. The other surprise is that Anthony Scaramucci is pretty intelligent.

5. I'm looking forward to her as well. Authoritarianism is seductive to some.

And they’ll accept chains in order to have that false sense of security.

3. Yes. And although we know he's a sick person, it's still horrifying.

It needs MUCH MORE exposure so tell family, friends and post about it on social media. Also tell the damn media and government officials (Democrats because they're the only ones who would give a damn).
