Why Do They Have To Go To THe Greek Alphabet To Name Storms?

and some letters aren’t used at all.

2. When the English Alhabet is exbausted, the Greek is used.

The hurricane season varies in the number of storms that get named. Some years, the English alphabet does not get exhausted.

3. For each season, they want only one name beginning with A, etc

Then they want only one beginning wiith B, then one with C, etc. There are only 26 letters in English.
