20. Sounds like the Green Party was trying to delay the issuance of Absentee Ballots.

Force them to issue the ballots a few weeks later and thus provide less time for people to fill them out and get them back to the Boards of Elections.

I think the real goal was to help Trump.

But then to keep locales happy they turned around and find a way to say county and city governments have the legal right to establish such laws without any higher authority's legal consent. People who are serious about climate change and wanting to do something about addressing it need to realize that their best interests lies with the Democrats and vote accordingly. Casting a protest vote for the hell of it in this election is just foolish. It accomplishes absolutely nothing and risks putting Trump back in office—you know, the guy who has eliminated every environmental protection regulation the Green Party supports.
