Meghan Mccain literally rolled her eyes today on The View when Joy Behar was talking about the climate change crisis. And then Meghan said she doesn't see Climate Change as a priority!
I really wish Joy or Whoopi or Sunny or Sarah had said to her virtual face "What is it with you Republicans....you're only concerned about something when you're affected! Maybe if the air quality of your precious Arizona gets affected by these wildfires, then maybe you'll start singing a different tune, Meghan!!"

(8,168 posts)I prefer cooler, though I don't care to be trapped inside in the winter. Nothing we can do, the Earth wobbles.

(10,842 posts)....luckily I lived in the Tonto Hills just past the turn off to Bartlett lake so it was a little cooler there, about 1500ft higher then Phoenix I think. But I did work outside.

(25,816 posts)The sun was orange and there was a haze all day for at least a week. I developed a cough
and later thought it was related the the air. I'm at 4650 feet. Much clearer today. As grantcart
observed, it has been very hot. Even here, far from Phoenix and Tucson, it was over 100 for
about a month. Usually, we hit 100 only once or twice a year. The monsoon was almost non-
existent, the least rain since 1921.

(22,114 posts)Despite tons of evidence, despite many different weather-related events that are happening more and more, being more severe in scope, etc., they still don't want to believe the evidence that they too, can see with their eyes.

(633 posts)And she's pregnant! As a selfish republican, you'd think she'd at least be a little concerned about climate change now for the sake of her baby's future!

I am always surprised how she gets peoples goat. To me its like reacting to Foghorn Leghorn.

(633 posts)Exactly Spazito...I wonder where'd she be if she wasn't John McCains daughter! People of such privilege always whine and still think they're always the victim!

Hopefully Motherhood will change her thinking.

I actually like her haircut she looks better. Babies tend to get fingers tangled in long hair, i know because i had long hair most of my life.
