Kamala having actual conversations with real people who are working and volunteering through these disasters... the fire devastation and Covid. She asks them what they do and what their days are like. She listens and learns (some leaders are incapable of learning anything new) and understands what real people do.

Thanks for posting that. (The video says it's 12 or so minutes, but it goes kaput after about 10 minutes)
