Economically liberal, socially conservative voters

They love FDR, the New Deal, Medicare, Social Security, Medicaid, think that there should be higher taxes on the wealthy, they love government spending, love labor unions, etc

Are anti-war, opposed Gulf War, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Iraq, nation building, etc.

Are pro-choice.

But are violently transphobic, homophobic, etc. Makes homophobic jokes at home, on the street, in public, etc.

What do you think about them?

1. I know more people who are the opposite . Those people I know who

are socially liberal and economically conservative are moderate repubs who hate trump and are voting Biden.

The other ones I have no clue.

3. I honestly think the number of pro choice people who hold the homophobic positions you describe

is fairly small. I think the vast majority of socially conservative/ fiscally liberal voters are against choice along with the rest.

11. It's my opinion that homophobia comes from not knowing enough gay people, and/or

having been raised in a homophobic environment.
Social evolution moves slowly, but it can be coaxed.
