Now he wants to fulfill his role as a U.S. Senator? He refused to even meet with Merrick Garland
let alone allow him to have a hearing or give him a vote as is the law under the Constitution.

(82,849 posts)If I'm reading your statements correctly, and assuming that you're not a flaming hypocrite, whoever President Trump nominates must be better qualified than Merrick Garland, the chief judge of the DC Circuit. That is the only logical conclusion to be drawn from your statements, assuming that you're an honest person whose word isn't worthless.
