If the House Democrats are smart, they should have had a case built on how the president failed by his own hand to defend the nation, from ignoring the Obama team's pandemic playbook, to eliminating the pandemic response team, to equipping hospitals and senior care facilities with adequate amounts of PPE and ventilators, to screwing with blue states/cities, to calling the virus a hoax, to telling Bob Woodward one thing and the nation another, to 200,000 dead Americans.
