(102,276 posts)2. I can not wait to do the same in Colorado. I will receive my mail ballot, quickly research ballot
initiatives (or local elections), complete it and if not too late drive down the same day to the county clerk's office. If too late, I will get up, reschedule my calendar, and go EARLY that following day so that I can be the first! I cannot wait! I will hardly be relieved, but at least I can then focus on getting others to do the same in my community.
Unfortunately, ours don't go out until the first week in October.

Delivered our ballots directly to the Board of Elections. There are no drop boxes in NC
