Here in South Florida, we have two Republican candidates running for the Florida House of Representatives. They are Mike Caruso and Dana Trabulsy.
Both are running campaign commercials non stop, that make them look progressive, with no mention or banner stating that they are Republicans. Of course, there is absolutely no mention of trump either.
The only thing that gives them away as being Republicans, is the smaller legal print that flashes at the end of their ads.

(5,707 posts)They want to blur the lines, so hopefully no one really notices what party they are affiliated with.
They can run, but they cant hide!

(5,125 posts)It's all about the "appearance" of having moral standing. Who else they going to steal moral standing from other than the DEMs?
Even slave owners back in the day whipped the slaves "out back" and pretended how "happy" blacks were on plantations where owners supposedly "cared about their needs."

(28,254 posts)Very small printing of "Republican" or just an elephant outline, in local or state races. Not anything like the big "REPUBLICAN!" style, prior to trump taking the party into the toilet.
