The Mail-In Ballot Hysteria

Unless laws have changed that I don't know about, NO ONE can fill out a ballot unless they are registered to vote.

The media and everyone must counter this bullshit lie about unfettered mailing out of ballots.

Trump is doing everyone to poison the water pre-election day/ballot count. He will attempt to discredit mail in voting (even as he tells Florida to mail in your ballot for me). I yell again, the plan, declare himself the winner on election night, discredit mail voting in the courts. Remember "W" saying I win early gives you an edge. Please vote in person, unless

1. Your voting machine has no paper trail.

2. Your state is a mail in state.

3. Your immune compromised to the extent that you never leave the house. If you grocery shop, you can vote.

I want mail in, but not this election, too important to leave any opportunity for Barr to twist and decry results in the courts.

My state (Michigan) is going to great lengths to build confidence in the mail in process, and I'm sure they are doing a great job. However - I want to watch my ballot slip into that scanner and indicate my vote is valid and counted, thank the staff and then head back into isolation.

My precinct was moved to a local church and is in a gymnasium sized activity room. The precincts are all well spaced. I've never had to wait in a line of more that 4 or 5 people. I'll get there after the 'votes before work' crowd and before the 'votes at lunchtime' crowd. BUT I'll also bring a book - just in case.

I don't know about your state, but in my state there likely going to be a shortage of poll workers for the election.
So if you want to wait until the election day to vote because of Trump's claims about mail in voting, good luck with that.
I am not doing that.

run in circles, scream and shout. The media is doing it's job, which is to fill airtime between ads for drugs we never knew we needed. The more conjecture, drama and horse race narrative the better for them.

I turned it all off. TV media only gets invited into the house on special occasions when they are expected to be on their best behavior. And even then...

Because he knows that if we show up to vote, he loses. That's why he is spreading the misinformation as fast as he can.
