Congressional subpoenas of trump's taxes

have been successfully rebuffed to date. I'd bet a subpoena of the NYT would not be rebuffed or refused for the returns they have?

4. They can protect their sources

and still work with Congress. Sources must have considered the returns being subpoenaed, took me 10 seconds to imagine it with Adam Schiff leading the charge.
