It has a couple of days to explode and completely saturate the media. And it will.

7. Will be interesting to see how Biden and the Dems use this

In the debate and otherwise. I think Biden making a statement in the debates that Trump only paid $750 in income taxes when the average American pays $X in year whatever will be powerful. The Reps and lawyers are saying he paid tons in Federal taxes but they are lumping in social security and such which clouds the issue. As Trump wants Biden to take a drug test, Biden should counter he will when Trump releases his tax returns in their entirety.

Never, ever get into it with him on his terms.

Biden should comment, I have heard it from numerous sources that you have vast experience with Cocaine and Hookers I will leave these ridiculous demands for people like you to deal with, I am going to focus on doing what is right for the American electorate, not those that vote for me, but all Americans who share my values, work hard, and pay their taxes.

10. It takes a few days to sink in to the collective national psyche.

First, everybody has to hear about it. Then the shock and/or confusion, getting the details straight, discussing it with others and listening to talk show opinions. Finally, you have to allow time for the jokes to get out there. That's crucial.

So the timing is just right, imo.

And the Biden camp will get the gist of what the MAGAts will try to use to deflect tomorrow. They get almost 48 hours to hear the spin, then work on the response.

It needs a couple days to go through the process of settling in the collective psyche. This is great timing.

18. I like the current timing. Trump is totally thrown off and people are making fun of him.

The last thing he wants is to be seen as a failure, which is exactly what he is.

The release also gives Joe some brutal debate takeoffs, about paying far more taxes than Trump, about how Trump personally underfunded police, firefighters, teachers, about how Trump is massively deeply in debt, and lastly, Joe can ping Trump about Trump only being a make believe billionaire. If Trump says fake news, Joe can say “well, you can release ten years of your tax returns, like I did, and let people decide for themselves”.
