It would have to also have a custom 'windshield wiper' to remove all of the spittle trump* would be spewing, while Joe is speaking.

...and I've stopped more 'rapey' people than him with a gesture.

I actually recommend this approach, rather than relying on an overly verbal defense. If it doesn't work, a loud shouted command should do. Trump's likely never been spoken to directly in that manner.
