Maybe a week or so ago, someone posted a thread, or maybe it was a reply, containing donation links to key races. Could have been ActBlue, but I don't remember. When I go to ActBlue, it just shows me a generic donation page. I want to give to Mark Kelly, AmyMcGrath, Jaime Harrison, Sara Gideon, and, of course, Joe Biden. If I've missed any, please tell me. That was just off the top of my head.
Is it suggested to give individually or just do the ActBlue thing and let them split it up?
Sorry if this is a stupid question. I can give about $25 each. It's not much, but it's something and I hope it can help.
Thanks in advance.
Update:
Thanks, everyone. I accidentally gave $50 to Joe Biden twice. It was confusing because they redirected me to his page. No biggie. I just hope these people win our country back for us!

(19,264 posts)You can search for example Jamie Harrison and be taken to a direct funding page for him. Then the same thing with the other candidates.
Thanks for your donations to the cause. All your choices are good ones but I think Harrison is really good. A good chance to pickup a senate seat and kick Lying Linsey to the curb? What is there to not like about that.

(9,114 posts)The bottom of the second column is 'directory.'
Go by 'state', or by 'candidates for'

(14,642 posts)I did finally find a search box. Sort of strange how that website is set up. But I got there. Thanks!

(12,631 posts)candidates website and click donate. I think they all use ActBlue. As an Arizonian : I would skip Mark Kelly. I think hes got it pretty well sewn up. Ive actually been giving to Jaime Harrison, instead.

(14,642 posts)I'm getting them done. Might give Jaime Harrison a bit extra. Definitely not taking anything for granted, so donated to Mark Kelly.

(7,503 posts)I'm guessing volunteers and turnout are the key.

(14,642 posts)But I'm not assuming anything so I gave anyway.
Thank you!

(8,046 posts)You're AWESOME! I sent this email to some friends on Friday regarding the Senate races:
I'm putting the + and - from the perspective of the Democratic candidate regarding how much theyre either ahead or behind. Also these numbers can and have changed daily.
Arizona Mark Kelly +6 Margaret McSally
Colorado John Hickenlooper +7 Cory Gardner
Georgia Jon Ossoff -3 David Perdue
Georgia Raphael Warnock -2 Kelly Loeffler
Iowa Theresa Greenfield +3 Joni Ernst
Kansas Barbara Bullock -2 Roger Marshall
*Kentucky Amy McGrath -18 Mitch McConnell
Mississippi Mike Espy Mike -3 Cindy HydeSmith
Maine Sara Gideon +4 Susan Collins
Montana Steve Bullock -2 Steve Daines
N.Carolina Cal Cunningham +4 Thom Tillis
S.Carolina Jaime Harrison Tie Lindsey Graham
Texas M.J.Heagan -8 John Coronyn
*The only reason I included Kentucky on this list is because all the advertising Amy McGrath's campaign has done creates the perception that the state is in play. Unfortunately, my research reveals the race isnt even close (barring a miracle). A regrettable reality is that in some cases almost nothing will sway some voters. I mention this because it makes more sense to give energy to the campaigns we can actually win. Having said that, if the Democrats take back the Senate McConnell will lose the power hes now abusing!
What I've done, is gone to each candidates' page where I was able to donate or volunteer.

(14,642 posts)I guess I'll do a few more donations next week.
I know Kentucky isn't really in play but I don't mind making Moscow Mitch sweat a little. I live in TN, so I'm surrounded by the stupidity of these people constantly voting to hurt themselves and the rest of us.
