Yip, the local radio talk show wingnuts immediately started their gloating that BARRETT is supposedly so pristine that Dems won't be able to "smear" her the way KAVANAUGH and other wingnut nominees have been "smeared".

Never mind that to the wingnuts exposing *true* unsavory acts and qualities of their nominees is not really truth but rather "smearing."

So the wingnuts now claim that BARRETT is so sweet-blameless-smart-"religious" that there is nothing unsavory about her to "attack" with.

1. Would your religious background be an issue in coming to a legal decisions based on the religious values of Jewish people, Muslim people, or atheists?
2. What takes precedence in decision process, religion or the law. Can personal religious view deny the legal aspect of the case?
