Joe Bidens presidential campaign is expected to move forward with huge television ad outlay in Ohio, according to Medium Buying, just as the Trump campaign canceled its ads for the next week.
Trump is also canceling ads in Iowa.

(3,282 posts)Trump is just going to spend in the tipping point states like PA and FL and hope that he's able to hold onto IA and OH. Neither of those can win it for him and if he loses either of him he's probably in blowout territory anyway.
I suppose if you have limited money like they do it's the only play you really have.
Note that Iowa starts voting on the 5th and Ohio on the 6th, so this is going dark the whole week before early voting kicks off.

(128,905 posts)and have thankfully NOT heard a 45 ad yet so far. In 2016 there were a shitload of them.
Meanwhile Biden has had several rotating radio ads going in primetime slots during the day and evening and I expect the TV versions of them have also been running.
ETA - it is possible (and I think I read that somewhere) that he might be focusing on Western PA, including the Pittsburgh media market.
