That was my take also. She's probably used the same fraudulent means to avoid taxes as trump and is now afraid she'll be caught.

She’s in FL so no state income tax. Sales tax ranges from 6-7% but that’s only on purchases made

She may have some capital gains taxes but that typically maxes at 15-20% (unless it’s a short term asset which then follows income rates)

PBC property tax rate is 1.02% of assessed (not market) value
