In a stunning exchange where the unhinged Donald the Dump could not contain himself and was pissing all over his lectern, Vice President Joe Biden slams Dumpo the Clown to the ground by calling him out. It was a beautiful thing to watch and people around the world laughed out loud at the Clown in the Whitehouse.
