I had suggested soundproofed rooms for the debate. A better idea might be

and then just keeping him locked in the soundproofed room for the next 3 months.

3. My suggestion is similar:

There should not be another debate without a mute on tRump’s mic and a shock collar on his neck. Shocks can be administered for interrupting and lying.

Or use Zoom and mute the sob.
