My take on watching 1 hour of the debate

What really spoke to me was when Joe spoke directly to the voters. tRump never addressed us he reacted violently in incomprehensible rants at both the moderator and to Joe.

I saw a post on DU last night complaining that Biden was not laying out policy. I think he did very well keeping it together in that torrent of vitriol coming from the Orange turd.

I laughed at some of the zingers that landed well, but it was when Joe looked at the camera into my eyes that was the best.

Absolutely right. I watched the whole thing, painful as it was, and I'm glad I did because it was LiberalLoner Sep 2020 #9

Constantly overtalking and interrupting spouting lies and made up “facts” would have sent most of us over the top. President Biden showed restraint in his appearance while “it” went to bombastic heights in such a short time the “g’s” would have killed experienced fighter pilots.

Trump came off as irascible and completely self-absorbed. He didn't smile once or look directly into the camera and address people and their needs. And his obsession with conspiracy theories is downright disturbing. He's so unfit.

Joe, on the other hand, was the better President.

History in the making. Such a contrast between a thuggish, whining bully and a steady, calm, intelligent future president.

The apricot hell beast was a sweaty undone mess by the end and our Joe was cool and collected and rising above all of the ugliness to reach out directly to the American people.
