in case of any 'encounters' they might have in the parking lot. And have the number to report voter suppression speed dial loaded into those phones.
I keep telling myself that I won't encounter any problems in my deeply Blue district, but then that might just make my district an even bigger target for challenges and harassment. I've never seen any Proud Boy types but I have seen a truck outfitted with a confederate battle flag and painted with that 'Boogaloo Boys' style motif. And there are militia groups in the outlying areas.
Until last night, I had kind of put my concerns about them to rest.

1) A freaking golf cart with a huge Trump flag on the golf course right near my home.
2) The classic red pick-up with Trump and confederate flags in the Home Depot pick-up area.
They're out there.
I am in New York State, but I live in a red pocket of the state.

Folks or protect their rights (as a fearless mom/grandma). Could use some walls of moms to support unfettered voting as certain places.
