As I see it the most grievous error of last night's debate...

Was Chris Wallace's continual deference to Donald Trump as the current President.

The purpose of this debate is to inform the electorate on their selection of who they want as POTUS in the next four year cycle and in that context Trump's current position as President is and should be meaningless.

The debate participants should be treated with equal deference as the nominees put forth by their respective parties.

This simple fact was absolutely not observed and only supports Trump's assertion that only he has the power to decide who serves the next term and not We The People.
