Judge him for his techniques. One is going slow with a answer which is hard to do when Trump is interrupting.

Where Biden caught himself and reframed answers around words he would stutter with. I was extremely proud of Joe's ability to handle that assault last night and can't imagine having the dignity and composure he did in that moment.
